STEP 6 - SEASONAL RELIEF RECIPES

Pollen is not just a problem in the outdoors. It seems to find its way onto flat surfaces and in the nooks and crannies of our homes. When the long winter season has ended, we often fling open our doors and open windows to air out the house. As temperatures continue to warm, we run our fans as well. These practices allow the outside to come in, and we may find that our place of comfort is not so comfortable after all.

Take heart and air out your homes while arming yourself against the intrusive outdoors. Grab your diffuser and enjoy some springtime aromas that come with added benefits, such as supporting healthy breathing and purifying the air (because the air needs to be spring cleaned too!)

SPRINGTIME CLEAN AIR DIFFUSER BLEND RECIPE

• 3 Drops Cleansing Blend

• 1 Drop Geranium

• 1 Drop Wild Orange

This unique blend will give you the aroma of a garden amidst a fir-filled forest.

If that aroma is not appealing to you, consider an herby, floral, with a hint of citrus aroma that will still give you the same support.

CLEAN AIRWAYS DIFFUSER BLEND RECIPE

• 3 Drops Lavender

• 1 Drop Rosemary

• 1 Drop Lemon

Another great way to give your body support against seasonal irritants is by topical application of Essential Oils. Lemon, Lavender, Peppermint, Melaleuca, the Cleansing Blend, and Roman Chamomile are all great options!

BEAT THE SEASONS ROLLER BLEND RECIPE

• 4 Drops Lavender

• 4 Drops Roman Chamomile

• 2 Drops Peppermint

Add Essential Oils to a 10ml roller bottle and top with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Roll behind ears, back of neck, or bottoms of feet for relief.
