STEP 14 - ROLL ON FOR EYE SUPPORT

Use the following roller blend on the reflex points of your feet and the back of your neck to alleviate seasonal eye discomforts.

SEASONAL EYE SUPPORT ROLLER BLEND RECIPE

• 5 Drops Respiratory Blend

• 5 Drops Frankincense

• 5 Drops Lemon

• 5 Drops Lavender

• 5 Drops Peppermint

Place Essential Oils in a 10 ml roller bottle, fill remainder with Fractionated Coconut Oil, andapply to alleviate eye discomfort.

You can also make these fun DIY eye relief sticks to keep handy in your purse, diaper bag, brief case, desk drawer, or in your home!

ITCHY EYE STICK RECIPE

• 2 1/2 tsp. Beeswax Beads

• 1/2 tsp. Coconut Oil

• 1/3 tsp. Carrier Oil (Can use Grapeseed, Almond, Jojoba, or other oil of choice)

• 3 Drops Peppermint

• 3 Drops Eucalyptus

• 3 Drops Lavender

• Lip balm tubes

To make sure the wax and coconut oil mix well, use the double boiler method. Place beeswax, coconut oil, and carrier oil in a small pan. Use a slightly larger pan for the base. Pour water in base pan and heat over medium while the smaller pan is nestled over the base pan. Once the beeswax and coconut oil melt, remove from heat, add Essential Oils, mix well, and pour into lip balm tubes. Place tubes into the refrigerator for a few hours to allow them to harden. Apply under your nose or eyes as needed for seasonal support.(Recipe is for two to three sticks, depending on size.)
